The goal of this Starting Lineup training is to equip you with the product stories necessary to be able to sell core Race Sport® Lighting products, but also arm you with the knowledge to overcome objections and make that lighting sale. In this video we will discuss Race Sport Lighting’s lineup of LED rock lights options. Race Sport Lighting offers three different varieties of led rock lights.
ColorSMART™ RGB LED Rock Lights
We start with covering the brand new ColorSMART™ RGB+W version. Race Sport Lighting’s ColorSMART Series boasts the absolute latest in multi-color LED lighting technology which are controlled via Bluetooth with your smart phone.
ColorSMART™ 5050 Mirco-LED Technology
The RSLD4KITCS and RSLD8KITCS utilizes ColorSMART 5050 micro-LEDs for a stronger, more refined, light projection, with an almost endless array of vibrant colors. Which means more glow, for a bold luxurious statement?
IP68 Rated Against Environmental Attack
4 or 6 LED pods with 10 feet of cable and CNC connectors. The ColorSMART rock light pods are IP68 Rated to stand up to the elements and intense off-road environments. The kit also comes with Mounting hardware and gaskets to mount easily under any wheel wells, body frames, and engine compartments on your vehicle.
Installation Tip
The ColorSmart pods connect to the included Bluetooth enabled control box. CAUTION – DO NOT POWER UP CONTROLLER TO PODS UNLESS ALL PODS ARE CONNECTED. FAILURE TO do so WILL RESULT IN POD FAILURE. THE BRAIN NEEDS ALL THE PODS CONNECTED TO BALANCE THE VOLTAGE DISTRIBUTION. Due to the Input to the Brain being 12 Volts but the Output of Brain to the Pods is 5 Volts.
Smartphone Controlled Via Bluetooth Application
The ColorSMART 4 and 6 pod kits are controlled via Bluetooth application on your smart phone. Downloading the application is easy.
- Simply use a QR Code Scanning app to scan the QR code located on the brain box.
- Click the link to the app download page in your phone’s browser.
- Download and install the application.
- Open the BLED application and allow the app to access your Bluetooth function on your phone.
With the app connected to the ColorSMART kit, you can now enjoy color and pattern selection via the app. The app features a Color wheel, presets, and will even store your favorite custom colors and patterns.
Available in White or Black Powder Coat
Also, remember that ColorSMART RGB LED rock lights are available in white or black powder coat color options.
ColorSMART™ RGB+W LED Rock Lights
ColorSMART™ 5050 Micro-LED RGB + Additional Pure White Diode
ColorSMART innovations keep coming, with Race Sport Lighting’s new RGB+W rock light kits. The RGB+W kits utilizes our original RGB rock light platform with it’s ColorSMART 5050 micro-LEDs and now we have added a fourth pure white diode for a clean illumination when the color is set to white. Which means more glow, for a bold luxurious statement.
Keep in mind, the RGB+W version is available in 4, 6, 8 or 12 LED pod kits. Still includes extensions. Still is IP68 rated against environmental attack.
Solid Color LED Rock Lights
The third variety of LED rock light options available from us at race sport lighting is our solid color led rock lights. Available in Red, Green, Blue, White, and Purple. Sold as single pods, or in kits of 6 or 8 pods.
Perfect when Single Accent Color is the Desired Look
Remember these rock light kits are RF controlled. If your customer wants to be able to control the lights via their smartphone recommend the ColorSMART RGB or RGB+W option. Our solid color option is perfect for your customer’s truck, jeep or ATV, when a single accent color is the desired look.
